
How to Make Pumpkin Cookies with Chocolate, Almonds and Cashews?
Serves 12 // 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 60 g cornstarch
- 250 g pumpkin mousse
- 2 eggs
- 30 g xylitol
- 30 g dark chocolate
- 15 g almonds
- 15 g cashews
- 5 g baking powder

Directions:
- Pumpkin mousse: Bake the pumpkin until tender at 180 degrees. Peel and blend until smooth.
- Blend the pumpkin mousse with the other ingredients (except chocolate cashews and almonds).
- Cut chocolate, cashews, and almonds into small pieces and add to the mass.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Form cookies from the mass.
- Bake ready cookies for about 30 minutes.
