Pumpkin Cream Soup with Chilli

Serves 2 // 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 700g pumpkin
  •  20 ml olive oil
  • 40 g fromage cheese
  • 5 g chilli
  • salt, pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Cook in salted water until soft.
  3. Add olive oil, chillies, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Blend all into a smooth mass with water from the pumpkin boiled.
  5. Serve with a spoon of fromage cheese.
