Pumpkin Cream Soup with Chilli
Serves 2 // 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 700g pumpkin
- 20 ml olive oil
- 40 g fromage cheese
- 5 g chilli
- salt, pepper
Directions:
- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.
- Cook in salted water until soft.
- Add olive oil, chillies, salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend all into a smooth mass with water from the pumpkin boiled.
- Serve with a spoon of fromage cheese.
