Serves 1 //  50 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 200g oats
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • 30g honey

Preparation:

  1. Mix oats, nuts and seeds with honey.
  2. Spread the whole evenly on a baking tray lined with paper.
  3. Bake granola about 25 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. If ready, put aside to cool.
  5. After this time, mix with cranberries and put in a jar.
  6. Granola can be served with cereal, plain yogurt, fruit or as an addition to desserts.
