How to Make Salad with Avocado, Feta Cheese, Lychee and Pistachios

Serves 1 // 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 50g of lamb’s lettuce
  • 70g avocado
  • 40g feta cheese
  • 5 lychee
  • 30g pistachios
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml honey
  • spices: salt, pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and put on a plate.
  2. Add the avocado and feta cheese to the lamb’s lettuce.
  3. Crumble pistachios, peel and cut lychee.
  4. Prepare dressing from olive oil, lemon juice, honey and spices.
  5. Pour over the finished dressing
