Salad with Grilled Chicken and Eggs
Serves 1 // 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 150g chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 40g lettuce
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 3 radish
- 1⁄2 red pepper
- 5 ml olive oil
- 15 ml of avocado oil
- peppers, salt, herbs de Provence, chili, garlic
Directions:
- Cut chicken breast into pieces and marinate it in spices. Leave for 10 minutes.
- In the meanwhile, boil eggs for 8 minutes.
- Cut radish into slices, pepper into strips, and sliced tomatoes in a half.
- Wash lettuce carefully and put it on a plate. Add vegetables.
- Grill chicken breast with olive oil until it’s ready.
- Peel eggs and cut them into quarters. If they are ready, add them to vegetables.
- Mix avocado oil, pepper, salt, and herbs de Provence and make a dressing. Pour over the top.
