Salad with Grilled Chicken and Eggs

Serves 1 // 15 minutes.


  • 150g chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g lettuce
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 radish
  • 1⁄2 red pepper
  • 5 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml of avocado oil
  • peppers, salt, herbs de Provence, chili, garlic

  1. Cut chicken breast into pieces and marinate it in spices. Leave for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meanwhile, boil eggs for 8 minutes.
  3. Cut radish into slices, pepper into strips, and sliced tomatoes in a half.
  4. Wash lettuce carefully and put it on a plate. Add vegetables.
  5. Grill chicken breast with olive oil until it’s ready.
  6. Peel eggs and cut them into quarters. If they are ready, add them to vegetables.
  7. Mix avocado oil, pepper, salt, and herbs de Provence and make a dressing. Pour over the top.
