How to Make Salad with Salmon and Egg?

Serves 1 // 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 58g smoked salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 50g of lamb’s lettuce
  • 30g black olives
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 50g dark bread

Directions:

  1. Boiled egg.
  2. Tear the salmon into pieces, dice the feta cheese.
  3. Drain the olives, pickle the lamb’s lettuce.
  4. Mix all ingredients and pour olive oil.
  5. Bake bread in a toaster or pan.
  6. Serve the salad with bread.
