How to make seafood risotto
Serves 1 // 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 100 g basmati rice
- 150 g of frozen seafood mix
- 30 g black olives
- 5 g Grana Padano cheese
- 10 g rocket
- 10 ml of chilli olive oil
Preparation:
- Cook rice in salted water.
- In the meantime, warm up the pan with the addition of olive oil.
- Add seafood and cook under cover until they are completely thawed.
- Add rice and black, chopped olives to the pan. Mix everything and season to your taste.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with cheese.
- Serve with rocket salad.
