How to make seafood risotto

Seafood Risotto

Serves 1 // 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g basmati rice
  • 150 g of frozen seafood mix
  • 30 g black olives
  • 5 g Grana Padano cheese
  • 10 g rocket
  • 10 ml of chilli olive oil
Seafood Risotto

Preparation:

  1. Cook rice in salted water.
  2. In the meantime, warm up the pan with the addition of olive oil.
  3. Add seafood and cook under cover until they are completely thawed.
  4. Add rice and black, chopped olives to the pan. Mix everything and season to your taste.
  5. Sprinkle the finished dish with cheese.
  6. Serve with rocket salad.
