Smoothie with Blackberries and Almonds

Serves 1 // 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 120g banana
  • 100g blackberries
  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 30g oats 
  • 30g almonds

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients into smooth paste. 
  2. Serve chilled.
