How to Make Spaghetti with Seafood?
Serves 1 // 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 50 g rice noodles
- 150g of frozen seafood mix
- 40g Philadelphia type cheese
- 30g black olives
- 20g dried tomatoes
- 5g chives
- 5 g garlic
- 10g sesame seeds
- 10 ml olive oil
- 2 g chilli
Directions:
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for about 5 minutes (al dente).
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, dried tomatoes, and chilli.
- Defrost seafood. Add to garlic and stew for about 10 minutes.
- Add pasta and extra water (if necessary).
- At the end of frying, add cheese and mix all.
- Serve spaghetti sprinkled with chives and sesame.
