How to Make Spaghetti with Seafood?

Spaghetti with Seafood ingredients

Serves 1 // 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g rice noodles
  • 150g of frozen seafood mix
  • 40g Philadelphia type cheese
  • 30g black olives
  • 20g dried tomatoes
  • 5g chives
  • 5 g garlic
  • 10g sesame seeds
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 2 g chilli

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for about 5 minutes (al dente).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, dried tomatoes, and chilli.
  3. Defrost seafood. Add to garlic and stew for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add pasta and extra water (if necessary).
  5. At the end of frying, add cheese and mix all.
  6. Serve spaghetti sprinkled with chives and sesame.
