How to Make Stuffed Tomatoes With Barley Groats?

3 tomatoes, barley groats, fresh dill, radishes, Philadelphia cheese

Serves 1 // 45 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100g of barley groats
  • 5g fresh dill
  • 30g radishes
  • 30g Philadelphia cheese

Preparation:

  1. Cut off the top of tomato
  2. Gently hollow the pulp from the tomatoes (be careful not to damage the walls).
  3. Boil barley groats
  4. Cut the radish and dill
  5. Mix ready barley groats with vegetables, any spices and cheese
  6. Fill tomatoes with stuffing
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees
  8. Serve warm
