How to Make Stuffed Tomatoes With Barley Groats?
 
          Serves 1 // 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes
- 100g of barley groats
- 5g fresh dill
- 30g radishes
- 30g Philadelphia cheese
 
          Preparation:
- Cut off the top of tomato
- Gently hollow the pulp from the tomatoes (be careful not to damage the walls).
- Boil barley groats
- Cut the radish and dill
- Mix ready barley groats with vegetables, any spices and cheese
- Fill tomatoes with stuffing
- Bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees
- Serve warm
