
Toasts with cottage cheese, raspberries and peanut butter
Serves 1 // 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 200g cottage cheese
- 100g fresh raspberries
- 110g (3 slices) granary bread
- 20g peanut butter

Directions:
- Toast a bread or grill it on pan.
- Use a fork to crush raspberries on mousse.
- Put the ready-made sandwiches in succession: cottage cheese, raspberry mousse and peanut butter.
