Toasts with cottage cheese, raspberries and peanut butter

Serves 1 // 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 100g fresh raspberries
  • 110g (3 slices) granary bread
  • 20g peanut butter
Toasts with cottage cheese raspberries

Directions:

  1. Toast a bread or grill it on pan.
  2. Use a fork to crush raspberries on mousse.
  3. Put the ready-made sandwiches in succession: cottage cheese, raspberry mousse and peanut butter.
