Waffles Recipe for Two with Apple Jam
Serves 2 // 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 100g corn flour
- 2 eggs
- 30 g (1 portion) protein cookie powder
- 150 ml of cow milk
- 2 medium apples
- 20g xylitol
- 5g baking soda
- 10g coconut oil
Directions:
- Combine cornflour, eggs, milk, protein powder, oil and baking soda in a bowl.
- Warm up the waffle iron.
- Make waffles.
- Cut an apple into small pieces, add xylitol and a small amount of water. Heat them in a
pan until they change to jam. - Smooth waffles with jam.
