Waffles Recipe for Two with Apple Jam

Serves 2 // 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 100g corn flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g (1 portion) protein cookie powder
  • 150 ml of cow milk
  • 2 medium apples
  • 20g xylitol
  • 5g baking soda
  • 10g coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Combine cornflour, eggs, milk, protein powder, oil and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Warm up the waffle iron.
  3. Make waffles.
  4. Cut an apple into small pieces, add xylitol and a small amount of water. Heat them in a
    pan until they change to jam.
  5. Smooth waffles with jam.
