How to make poached eggs with avocado toast
Serves 1 // 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of rye bread (70g)
- 70g avocado
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml vinegar
Preparation:
- Boil water with a pinch of salt and vinegar.
- Put the eggs one by one on the boiling water, use a spoon to mix the water gently and create oval shape the eggs.
- Cut the avocado into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake bread in a toaster, oven or pan.
- Apply avocado and ready eggs to prepared bread.
- Season with oregano and pepper.
