Oat cookies with cranberries and almonds
Serves 2-4 // 20 minutes. 12 Cookies.
Ingredients:
- 100g oat flakes
- 150g banana
- 50g cranberries
- 30g almonds
Directions:
- Mash the banana with a fork.
- Mix oatmeal with banana.
- Add cranberry, almonds and mix all.
- Form cookies from the resulting mass
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
