Waffles with Cheese and Ham

Serves 1 //  20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 50 ml natural yogurt
  • 30 g chicken ham
  • 15 g gouda cheese
  • 30 g radish sprouts
  • 10 g of chives
  • pepper, salt, chillies
Waffles with Cheese and Ham

Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients except ham, cheese and sprouts until smooth. add salt, pepper
    and chives and mix.
  2. Cut the cheese and ham into cubes.
  3. Pour a spoonful of mass onto a warmed waffle iron, then add ham, cheese and
    sprouts. Cover with a second spoon of mass.
  4. Fry until browning.
  5. Repeat until the mass is completely used.
